Clouded Haus Returns & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 8–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Instructions: Include a note with your order number and reason for return in the package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund.
