1. Unpack 📦

Take your Clouded Couch out of the carry bag and lay it flat.

2. Inflate ⚡

Press the button and let the built in pump inflate the base. Remove the pump and use it to inflate the arms.

3. Relax ☁️

Sit back and enjoy instant comfort anywhere.

4. Pack Down 🎒

Remove the cover and set it aside. Open the air valves on the backrest and arms to release the air. Fold the couch lengthways into thirds to create a long strip, then roll tightly from one end to push out any remaining air. Pack it back into the carry bag.

Our Clouded Haus covers are crafted from high-quality natural fibres designed to be durable, breathable and better for the environment.

Limoncello: Made from 100% cotton, giving it a soft, lightweight feel that’s perfect for warm, beachy days and gentle on the skin.
Palm Springs, Hamptons & Outback Olive: Made from 100% cotton canvas, a thicker, more hard-wearing weave that offers incredible durability, structure and long-lasting outdoor performance.

Both fabrics are environmentally conscious choices, using natural fibers that reduce micro-plastic shedding, feel premium to touch and age beautifully over time.

Fabric Covers

Pop the cotton canvas cover off before washing
Cold, gentle machine wash only (no tumble drying, please!)
Iron damp to remove crinkles and regain length if needed.
Line dry in the shade — sunlight’s great for you, not your couch

Inflatable Core

Fully deflate before folding
Lay flat, fold in thirds, then fold again neatly
Avoid long sunbathing sessions — too much heat can stress the seams
Keep away from sharp or rough surfaces.

Storage

Store clean, dry, and ready for your next chill session
Keep in a cool, shaded spot
Recharge the pump before storing so it’s good to go next time

Pump Safety

Use the supplied USB-C cable only
Keep dry and charge indoors (away from heat or flammables)
Keep out of reach of little hands
Stop using if it ever feels hot, leaks, or looks damaged

General Safety

Not a flotation device (sorry, pool parties are off-limits)
Keep away from fire and sharp objects

At Clouded Haus, we’re committed to creating high quality, durable products that you can rely on. Every piece is made with care and backed by our warranty.

12 Month Warranty

All Clouded Haus products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.

This covers:

• Manufacturing faults

• Defects in materials or workmanship

• Faulty air pumps or valves

• Structural or seam issues under normal use

If Something Goes Wrong

If your Clouded product isn’t performing as it should, we’ll make it right.

Depending on the issue, we will:

• Replace the inflatable insert

• Send replacement parts such as pumps or valves

• Replace the full product if required

All approved warranty claims are resolved at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse or improper care

• Punctures, cuts, burns or external damage

• Damage from pets or sharp objects

• Natural fading or fabric ageing over time

How to Make a Claim

Email us at Contact@cloudedhaus.com.au with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the problem

We’ll get back to you within 2 to 3 business days.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure

• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our Promise

Clouded Haus is made to move with you, pack down easily, and last through seasons of use.

Even beyond the warranty period, we aim to support you with replacement inserts, covers, and parts at a fraction of the cost so your Clouded product can keep going for years to come.
