How do I set up my couch?
1. Unpack 📦
Take your Clouded Couch out of the carry bag and lay it flat.
2. Inflate ⚡
Press the button and let the built in pump inflate the base. Remove the pump and use it to inflate the arms.
3. Relax ☁️
Sit back and enjoy instant comfort anywhere.
4. Pack Down 🎒
Remove the cover and set it aside. Open the air valves on the backrest and arms to release the air. Fold the couch lengthways into thirds to create a long strip, then roll tightly from one end to push out any remaining air. Pack it back into the carry bag.

Both fabrics are environmentally conscious choices, using natural fibers that reduce micro-plastic shedding, feel premium to touch and age beautifully over time.

It began with a simple thought: why do we reserve the most beautiful spots in our gardens, backyards, or by the water for quick visits, instead of truly sinking into them?
I dreamed of creating something that would let us slow down, linger longer, and savor those places that too often go unused. A way to turn a patch of shade, a sunny corner, or a hidden nook into the best seat in the house – even if that “house” is under the open sky.
That dream became the Clouded Couch – lightweight, portable, and endlessly versatile. It moves with you, following the sunshine or the breeze, transforming anywhere into a place of full, effortless relaxation.
Because comfort shouldn’t be confined to four walls. Why spend the day indoors when the sun is shining? Take your comfort outside, feel the grass beneath your feet, breathe in the fresh air, and soak up the vitamin D.

At Clouded Haus, we’re committed to creating high quality, durable products that you can rely on. Every piece is made with care and backed by our warranty.
All Clouded Haus products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.
This covers:
• Manufacturing faults
• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Faulty air pumps or valves
• Structural or seam issues under normal use
If your Clouded product isn’t performing as it should, we’ll make it right.
Depending on the issue, we will:
• Replace the inflatable insert
• Send replacement parts such as pumps or valves
• Replace the full product if required
All approved warranty claims are resolved at no cost to you.
Our warranty does not cover:
• General wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or improper care
• Punctures, cuts, burns or external damage
• Damage from pets or sharp objects
• Natural fading or fabric ageing over time

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem
We’ll get back to you within 2 to 3 business days.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
• A replacement or refund for a major failure
• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Clouded Haus is made to move with you, pack down easily, and last through seasons of use.
Even beyond the warranty period, we aim to support you with replacement inserts, covers, and parts at a fraction of the cost so your Clouded product can keep going for years to come.
